The Mystery Shopping process is detailed below for walk-in evaluations:

1. Shopper enters secure and personalised web portal showing the stores available.
2. Shopper identifies the shops they are willing to complete.
3. Shopper downloads the questionnaire and guidelines.
4. Shopper completes shop.
5. Shopper enters the results on-line within 12 hours of shop completion.
6. A trained Head Office auditor reviews the shop results for inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
7. The results are uploaded for online reporting access once approved by the auditors.

The whole process from the time the shopper accepts the shop to completion takes 3 days. Some clients insist on 24 hour turnaround however this quotation provided is on the basis of standard turnaround.
